Two members of the Regen team (Millie & Lola) attended their 2nd Construction Youth workshop in the London Borough of Lewisham. This was a talk with a group of year 11 students about future work opportunities in the industry.
They attended with other delegates from Construction companies, to speak to the students about their own career paths and what opportunities are there for the students in the future. This included all the different job roles and giving them advice of how to get into the industry.
Lots of the students were interested in taking plumbing or electrical courses at college and are now even more excited when they realised what you can potentially earn!
It was a fantastic workshop that was beneficial for all students, and we cannot wait to attend again.
