With a career in recruitment that spans over 10 years, Billy found his niche once he joined the construction market back in 2014. With a family history of working in the industry, he found it easy to connect with both clients and candidates. Matched with his dedication, work ethic and attention to delivery, he knew this was the career for him. Starting off as a blue collar consultant, he then realised he wanted to broaden his horizons, eventually managing a specialist white collar team placing candidates all over the UK. Fast forward to 2021 and establishing Regen Solutions, he cannot wait to see what the future holds.

Out of work Billy enjoys cooking for his family and has a somewhat obsession with a summer BBQ.

In Darren’s earlier career, he started as a plumbing apprentice working for a reputable maintenance contractor within the Social Housing sector. 6 years later he found himself diversified, recruiting in the same industry. Darren found this a smooth transition, building on existing strong interpersonal skills and teaming this with the knowledge and experience in the industry. From this point his success grew to heading up a team of 10 within the property services sector, specialising in blue collar placements. Darren has always prided himself on creating a high performance culture from which his team were highly successful. Having spent 10 years in the industry, Darren is now using this expertise to build on his new venture, Regen Solutions.

Out of work, Darren enjoys playing golf, football and generally tries to go to the gym to counteract his love for junk food!

Lola has worked in a variety of recruitment roles throughout her career, starting as a compliance officer in the healthcare industry just over 7 years ago. During this time, she focussed on all things candidates but soon stepped up to a 360 Consultant dealing with a mixture of clients. As well as that, she spent just over 2 years as an internal recruiter for two local authorities so has a true understanding of how “the client” thinks. Now working for Regen Solutions, she is taking this experience to the Property Services sector as a blue-collar consultant and cannot wait for the new adventure.

Out of work Lola enjoys spending time with her family and friends, eating at good restaurants (especially an Italian), and generally just having a good time!

Tom started his working life 4 years ago as an Apprentice Sales Assistant for Pimlico Plumbers but then changed career paths moving into the Recruitment Industry. Specialising in placing blue collar staff into the Property Services & Social Housing sector, he really started to find his feet. Now starting his new venture with Regen Solutions, he is excited to further his career and truly become an expert in the Construction and Property Services industry, providing the best talent across both the blue and white-collar market.

Out of work, he enjoys socialising with friends, playing football (Palace mad!), and going to the gym. Fun fact, Tom is also a keen darts player and can hit a bullseye on request.

George has over 5 years’ experience recruiting within the Social Housing industry with vast experience across all trades within the blue-collar maintenance sector. He started as a Resourcer and worked his way up to a Senior Consultant, where he developed his own client-base across London and the Southeast, including a number of Tier 1 Contractors as well as SMEs. He is now working for Regen Solutions, focussing on the Property Services sector as a blue-collar Senior Consultant.

Out of work, he enjoys socialising with friends, going out to nice places for food and drinks as well as playing pool.

Michaela has worked in accounts & finance for over 7 years at a Construction & Telecoms Company and can cover all aspects of sector. Her most recent role involved processing all incoming timesheets and invoices, processing BACS runs and PAYE expenses, as well as reconciling the bank statements. She is looking forward to developing her skills here and helping Regen Solutions move forward with a fully-fledged in-house accounts team. She is excited to be working in fast paced, high energy, recruitment environment.

Out of work, Michaela enjoys spending time with her family and has an obsession with Harry Potter.

Jake has most recently been working in the property world spending the past two years as a successful estate agent covering East London and Essex, however, football coaching has a been a big part of Jakes life and has a vast 10 years’ experience coaching teams and has just recently passed the UEFA B course. He has now decided to embrace a new career challenge as a recruitment consultant at Regen Solutions working within their white-collar team.

Outside of work Jake enjoys going out for dinner, watching the mighty Spurs, going to the gym and playing golf.
