Site Manager
Location: Enfield
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum + package
Start Date: Immediate
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a live internal and external fit-out project on public buildings in Enfield. The successful candidate will assist in managing complex packages across both occupied and vacant properties, with significant focus on M&E coordination and high-quality finishings.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, technically strong Site Manager looking for a new challenge on a diverse and rewarding public sector project.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure programme milestones are met

Assist in managing significant M&E packages and internal finishing works

Coordinate work across both occupied and unoccupied areas of the building

Maintain high safety and compliance standards at all times

Support in site reporting, logistics, and quality assurance
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on internal and external fit-out projects

Comfortable working on live public sector sites, including part-occupied buildings

Strong understanding of M&E coordination and finishes

Excellent communication and team coordination skills

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required
