Job Title: Roofing Planner
Location: MOORGATE
Salary: £28,000 per annum- 30K depending on experience
Sector: Social Housing Maintenance – MUST HAVE ROOFING EXPERIENCE
Do not apply if you do not have experience as a ROOFING planner and have worked with ideally MACE or another Tier 1 contractor
Location would be hybrid between our Moorgate office, working from home and occasional site visits
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive project programs and detailed schedules, ensuring efficient project completion within budget and timeline constraints.
- Site Assessment & Design Collaboration: Conduct site assessments to identify potential water infiltration issues and collaborate with architects and engineers to design appropriate waterproofing systems.
- Material Selection & Procurement: Select suitable waterproofing materials and technologies (e.g., liquid membranes, RBM, single-ply membranes) and coordinate material logistics and procurement.
- Quality Control & Safety: Oversee installations to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Budget & Cost Management: Work with estimators to calculate project costs and monitor the project budget and spending, preparing reports as needed.
- Coordination & Communication: Liaise with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and address any issues.
