We are currently seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support a busy kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme across Hertfordshire. This is a 4-week temporary contract, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced social housing environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

The Role
As the Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, site teams and the client – ensuring works are delivered smoothly while maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with residents before, during and after kitchen & bathroom installations
Arrange and confirm appointments for planned works
Provide clear communication regarding schedules, disruptions and progress
Manage resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally
Conduct pre- and post-work resident visits where required
Support site teams to ensure works are completed with minimal disruption
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) within social housing or planned works
Experience working on kitchen and bathroom programmes (highly desirable)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
