Tier 1 Maintenance Contractor
A well established, Tier 1 construction and fire protection specialist, are currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Manager to join their growing team. Based from Kent sites. Projects will be delivered around Kent/Surrey. Works that they specialise on will be planned/cyclical maintenance contracts for a social housing association.
Day to day duties:
- To be the point of contact when the client or tenant requires job updates.
- Own all complaints and ensure that these are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner
- For longer planned works, keep the tenant updated with progress and be there if there are any issues that arise.
- Ensure correct resident liaison structure is built in order to deliver external maintenance contracts
- Work with the Contract Manager & Site team to make sure that the residents are informed of any issues and that should they send an enquiry, that we have dealt with it.
- Support the helpdesk with emails that come in from sub-contractors and client on a daily basis
- Carry out condition and customer satisfaction surveys
- Arranging and booking appointments/visits to properties
Required Experience
- Seeking someone with experience working as a RLO previously.
- Strong communication skills over the phone and face to face and good IT skills.
- The ability to work within a team and of your own accord is also desired.
- Social housing experience, ideally on a planned maintenance contract or similar work streams.
