Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)
Rate: £19.05 per hour
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Area: North London, Letchworth & Stevenage
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Requirement: Must have own vehicle and full UK driving licence

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a leading contractor delivering a scattered kitchen and bathroom replacement programme across North London, with additional properties located in Letchworth and Stevenage.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RLO who thrives on resident engagement, excellent communication, and working collaboratively within a busy housing improvement environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-condition surveys and compile detailed resident profiles

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen designers and asbestos surveyors to coordinate property visits

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the project

  • Communicate work schedules, access requirements, and progress updates

  • Handle resident queries or complaints promptly and professionally

  • Maintain accurate records, data, and reports using Excel and SharePoint

  • Support the delivery of high-quality kitchen and bathroom replacement projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within kitchen and bathroom replacement or similar planned works projects

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and able to navigate SharePoint

  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle – travel between properties is required

  • Professional, approachable, and proactive attitude
