💰 £30,000 + Car Allowance
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and personable Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-established and growing organisation delivering essential works across Kent. This is an office-based role in Tonbridge with regular travel across the region, offering a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment.
The Role
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, site teams, and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, keeping them informed of upcoming works and timelines
- Act as the main point of contact for resident queries, concerns, and feedback
- Coordinate access to properties and support site teams with scheduling
- Provide regular updates and ensure residents are aware of any changes or disruptions
- Manage complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and project updates
- Support the delivery of works in line with health & safety and customer service standards
About You
- Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or customer-facing role within housing, construction, or property services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
