Plumber Multi Trader
Location: Chelmsford, Colchester and Southend.
£180 per day self employed (46,800 per annum) + £50 a week fuel.
On-going self employed position, with a view to go permanent.
Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to carry out building services and maintenance works for a large building contractor based in Essex.
The work is a mixture of building repairs on high end residential, schools and social housing properties across Essex and Hertfordshire.
This is a straight permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.
Main duties include; –
- Plumber Multi Trader
- Carpentry repairs
- Bathroom fitting
- Leak detection
- Plumbing repairs
- Patch plastering
- Painting & decorating
- Splash back tiling
Social housing experience and building services experience is essential for this position along with full tools and a UK driving licence.
