Manage the delivery of Planned repair works – raising specifications, scoping and issuing works, technical advice, monitoring progress on and off-site, and undertaking pre- mid- and post-inspections.
Manage expenditure and key performance indicators (KPIs) within agreed parameters.
Carry our pre-inspections, work in progress (WIP) inspections and post inspections
Carrying out pre-set daily inspections and raising orders to suit findings
To diagnose/record and produce accurate specifications and scope of works via the SOR codes
To provide written or verbal updates and support accurate and timely responses to complaints, members enquiries, Ombudsman and information requests
To provide specification for quotations if outside the SOR coding
Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in detailing with damp, structural and building regulations
To ensure that services are delivered within a robust control environment, ensuring compliance with policy and procedures and regulatory standards.
To complete additional tasks to support the effective operation of the Planned or Responsive Repairs Team. This may include, but is not limited to: handling internal/external queries, preparing documents and reports, and completing activities for pre-CDM meetings, checking for Asbestos surveys (or similar surveys)
supporting the team to cover annual leave, training or sickness. This may include covering phones.
IT experience of the use of computer, tablet and PDA
