We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our team delivering high-quality disability adaptation works within social housing properties across London.
The Role:
You will be joining one of the UK’s largest and leading Disability adaptations contractor within the social housing industry, carrying out a range of trade tasks focused on disability adaptations, including bathroom and wet room installations, access improvements, door widening, and associated repairs within occupied homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete multi-trade works (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, basic plastering)
- Deliver bathroom and wet room adaptations to a high standard
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service in residents’ homes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social housing and disability adaptation projects
- Strong all-round multi-trade skill set
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
This is a permanent PAYE position offering long-term stability, a competitive salary of £42,500 – £43,500 per year, plus a company van and fuel card.
