Regen Solutions are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Mould Wash Operative / Multi-Trader to join our team working with a respected social housing contractor in the Southend-on-Sea area. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £38,000, along with a company van and fuel card.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out mould treatment and washing works in occupied and void social housing properties

Undertake basic multi-trade works (e.g., patch plastering, sealant, minor repairs) as required

Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in residents’ homes

Accurately complete job reports and updates via a handheld device

Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:

Previous experience in mould washing or damp treatment preferred

Skilled in basic trades (e.g., carpentry, plastering, painting, sealing)

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Experience working in social housing or domestic occupied properties

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
