I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination and planning experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of operations.
The Role:
As Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests, coordinating works, and ensuring engineers are effectively scheduled to meet client expectations and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and emails from clients
- Logging jobs accurately onto the internal system
- Planning and scheduling engineers efficiently
- Monitoring job progress and ensuring timely completion
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Updating clients with progress reports
- Ensuring all administrative records are kept up to date
About You:
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Administrator role
- Strong planning/scheduling experience is essential
- Experience coordinating engineers or field-based staff
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident communicator with strong customer service ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and job management systems
