I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination and planning experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of operations.

The Role:

As Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests, coordinating works, and ensuring engineers are effectively scheduled to meet client expectations and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and emails from clients
  • Logging jobs accurately onto the internal system
  • Planning and scheduling engineers efficiently
  • Monitoring job progress and ensuring timely completion
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Updating clients with progress reports
  • Ensuring all administrative records are kept up to date

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Administrator role
  • Strong planning/scheduling experience is essential
  • Experience coordinating engineers or field-based staff
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and job management systems
