  • Responsible for forecasting, planning and scheduling on behalf of the business of all fire and electrical works.
  • Prioritse the customer experience with the business.
  • SimPRO super user.
  • Driving operational efficiency and improvements
  • P&L ownership and management
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and peers
  • Oversee and lead on the delivery of weekly reports for operations performance and capacity activity
  • Responsibility for updating capacity and resource plans in line with new hires, redeployment and leavers
  • Using analytical techniques to plan and prepare reports / presentations for leadership management
  • Identify and following up on new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, and trends.
  • Manage, monitor and lead the planning team, across electrical and fire business units including the training and development of new members of your team and monitor set KPI’s.
  • Supporting the Operations Director; applying professionalism and commercial acumen in order to achieve optimum delivery performance.
  • Addressing areas of concern as raised by clients and internal management through partnering with the operations department to effectively identify areas of improvement and implementing measures to address and resolve.
  • Having a Health and Safety mindset, looking at possible risks associated with the role and reporting any issues promptly to support the ongoing safety of self and others.
