DOMESTIC GAS & WET WORKS ENGINEER

Regen Solutions is recruiting experienced Gas Safe Registered Domestic Gas Engineers for ongoing subcontract work with an established social housing contractor across North West & West London.

THE ROLE

Working in occupied social housing properties, duties include:

• Boiler installations, replacements and conversions
• Heating system upgrades and radiator installations
• Gas appliance and pipework works
• Gas safety checks, commissioning and testing
• Fault finding and remedial works
• Domestic plumbing and wet works
• Toilets, taps, basins, showers and mixers
• Leak repairs and clearing blockages
• Completing relevant certificates and job documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Gas Safe Registration
• CCN1 & CENWAT minimum
• Proven domestic boiler installation experience
• Strong heating and plumbing/wet works skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own tools
• Professional and reliable approach
• Comfortable working independently in occupied homes

CKR1, CPA1, MET1 and Unvented Hot Water advantageous.
