GAS ENGINEER – SOCIAL HOUSING SERVICE & REPAIR | HASTINGS
We’re recruiting on behalf of an established contractor for experienced Gas Engineers to join their social housing service & repair team in Hastings on a subcontract basis.
The Role
-
Domestic gas servicing, repairs and breakdowns
-
Working across social housing properties
-
Fault finding and remedial works
-
Completing works safely and efficiently
-
Providing a professional service to residents
-
Accurate completion of job sheets and certification
Requirements
-
Full ACS required
-
CCN1 + relevant domestic appliance qualifications
-
Proven domestic service & repair experience
-
Social housing experience preferred
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Own tools and suitable vehicle
-
Self-employed/subcontractor status
Rate: £250-£275 per day
Location: Hastings
Call-out: 1 in 5 weeks
