FRA Carpenter – Remedials and installs
Area: Enfield and within the M25
Social housing/communal area’s
£230 – £240 per day self employed, own van required and mileage paid for.
Regen Solutions are currently looking for experienced FRA Carpenters to carry out remedials and fire door installations/upgrades for a fire stopping company in London.
The work will be remedials along with new installations and upgrades across social housing and communal area’s of flats and commercial sites.
Although it’s a large patch, you will be kept in patches on the day so that you aren’t travelling too much across the same day.
Main duties for a FRA Carpenter include:
- Installations of fire doors
- Remedials and maintenance of fire doors
- Upgrading fire doors
Requirements for a FRA Carpenter are:
- NVQ Qualified/CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness/Manual Handling Certs
- A DBS check
- Social Housing experience
