£37,500 – £38,500 per year – van and fuel card supplied
Permanent, PAYE position
Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Damp and Mould Operative to join a large Housing Association, carrying out maintenance and remedial works within the Social Housing sector.
The majority of the work will involve day-to-day reactive and planned works in both occupied and void properties across South London, with a strong focus on identifying, treating, and preventing damp and mould issues.
This is a permanent position with a van and fuel card provided immediately.
Main duties include:

Diagnosing causes of damp, condensation, and mould

Carrying out mould wash treatments and preventative works

Applying damp-proof treatments where required

Minor building repairs related to damp issues

Patch plastering and making good affected areas

Painting and decorating following remedial works

Working within occupied properties and liaising with tenants professionally

Ensuring all works comply with health & safety standards
Requirements:

Previous experience in a Damp and Mould / Property Maintenance role

Social Housing experience preferred

Full UK driving licence
-
Own basic tools
-
Good customer service and communication skills
