Overview

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join a busy Commercial Repairs Administration team based in Leatherhead. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial Repairs team.

  • Manage and process job orders, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

  • Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate appointments and updates.

  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with internal procedures.

  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and other financial administration as required.

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, offering professional and efficient service to all stakeholders.

  • Support the team with general office duties and any additional administrative tasks as needed.


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or repairs coordination role is desirable.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines in a busy environment.

  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.


Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
