We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator / Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and professional office-based team in the SM7 area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who enjoys providing outstanding customer service while supporting a range of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently.
  • Processing customer orders, requests, and documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.
  • Managing correspondence, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Assisting with reporting and ad hoc office administration as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
