Temporary Compliance Administrator
Location: Chatham
Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Compliance Administrator to join a busy and well-established organisation based in Chatham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills who is looking for a temporary assignment lasting a few months.
The successful candidate will support the compliance team in ensuring records, documentation, and administrative processes are maintained to a high standard while helping the organisation meet its regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the compliance team
- Maintaining accurate compliance records and updating internal databases
- Monitoring compliance schedules and ensuring documentation is up to date
- Coordinating inspections, servicing appointments, and compliance activities
- Liaising with contractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders
- Chasing outstanding certificates and documentation where required
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and compliance-related correspondence
- Filing and maintaining electronic and paper records
- Supporting the team with general office administration and ad hoc duties
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration experience, ideally within compliance, housing, property, or a regulated environment
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
