About the Role
Regen Solutions are recruiting on behalf of an established social housing contractor, that is looking to expand their Planning Team for a Reactive Repairs contract based in Tunbridge Wells
Key Responsibilities

Scheduling: Plan daily works, allocate resources, and oversee Reactive Maintenance work streams.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and customers to ensure smooth job delivery.

Schedule Management: Monitor progress, adjust plans for delays or urgent jobs, and maintain accurate operational records.

Problem Solving: Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly to maximise team productivity and meet SLAs.
Key Requirements

Experience in planning, scheduling, or operations (utilities, construction, or maintenance background is a plus).

Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with diverse stakeholders.

Solid IT skills and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
