We’re looking for an experienced Window & Door Service Engineer to carry out repairs, servicing and maintenance at social housing properties.
You’ll work on UPVC windows and doors, commercial aluminium systems, and aluminium bi-fold and sliding doors.
You’ll diagnose faults, adjust and replace hardware, carry out glazing repairs where needed, and complete clear service reports. The work includes locks, hinges, rollers, alignment, draughts, leaks and operating faults. You’ll manage your daily service calls and deal professionally with customers and site contacts.
You’ll need:
- Experience repairing and servicing windows and doors, particularly UPVC systems
- A good understanding of hardware and locking mechanisms
- The ability to diagnose problems and work independently
- A full UK driving licence
