Regen Solutions are currently looking for Domestic Gas Service Engineers to work on a social housing contract covering the EX postcode area.
You’ll be carrying out gas servicing and completing LGSRs (Landlord Gas Safety Records) in occupied social housing properties.
The role

Domestic gas servicing in social housing properties
-
Completing LGSRs and relevant paperwork
-
Working across the EX postcode area

Good customer service and professional communication with residents

Managing your own daily workload
What we’re looking for

Gas Safe registered
-
Relevant domestic gas qualifications
-
Experience carrying out domestic gas servicing

Must have your own vehicle
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Social housing experience is useful but not essential
-
Able to work independently and complete jobs to a good standard
Pay & details
£27-£28 per completed LGSR, depending on experience.
