Regen Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial heating systems within social housing properties across Bradford and the wider Yorkshire region.
This is a long-term role working on schools, communal plant rooms, apartment blocks and other social housing assets, ensuring heating and hot water systems are maintained to a high standard.
The Role
- Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial heating systems.
- Fault finding and repairs on heating pipework and plant.
- Replacing pumps, valves, expansion vessels, pressurisation units and associated equipment.
- Servicing and maintaining commercial plant rooms.
- Working across occupied and communal social housing properties.
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
- Experience working on commercial heating systems.
- Previous social housing or maintenance experience is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
