We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator / Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and professional office-based team in the SM7 area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who enjoys providing outstanding customer service while supporting a range of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Processing customer orders, requests, and documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.
- Managing correspondence, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Assisting with reporting and ad hoc office administration as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous administration and customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
