Subcontract Commercial Gas Engineer – Social Housing
Location: Peterborough & Cambridgeshire
Contract: Self-Employed / Subcontract | Ongoing Work
Regen Solutions are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out servicing, breakdown repairs, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) across social housing and public sector properties in Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.
Key Duties
-
Commercial gas servicing and fault finding
-
Breakdown and repair work on heating systems
-
Completion of scheduled PPM works
-
Accurate job reporting and compliance with Gas Safe and H&S standards

Working in occupied properties and plant rooms
Requirements
-
Valid Commercial Gas Safe qualifications (CODNCO / CIGA or equivalent)

Experience in social housing or similar environments
-
Own van, tools, analyser, and public liability insurance

Ability to work independently and manage workload
