Job Title: Site Manager – Social Housing (Voids)

The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing voids projects across West London. The role will involve managing a challenging mix of major structural works and full internal fit-out projects, including conversions from single dwellings to HMOs.
This is a hands-on, technical role requiring a strong all-round building background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage subcontractors while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Manage void properties from strip-out through to handover

Oversee major structural works and full internal refurbishments

Deliver HMO conversions, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

Manage and challenge subcontractors to achieve quality, programme, and cost targets

Maintain a high standard of finishes with a strong eye for detail

Ensure all works comply with health & safety and social housing requirements

Communicate effectively with clients, residents, and internal teams

Carry out inspections, snagging, and quality control
Key Requirements

Proven experience working within social housing

Strong technical construction knowledge with a general building bias

Experience delivering major structural works and complete internal fit-outs

Previous involvement in HMO conversions
