Job Title: Administrator (FTC – Temp Assignment)
Location: Birmingham, B31 (Near Longbridge Park & Ride / 6-minute walk from Longbridge Train Station)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – Temporary (minimum 3 months, likely to extend to 5+ months)
Start Date: Immediate (after 1 interview stage)
Salary / Rate: Competitive – aligned with £26,000-£28,000 FTE
Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support a busy team on an urgent temporary assignment. This role is highly data-driven and will also provide administrative support to the finance function, so strong attention to detail and advanced Excel capability are essential.
This is an office-based role in modern, serviced offices in Birmingham (B31). Due to location, candidates must be comfortable commuting via public transport or driving.
Key Responsibilities

High-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy

Maintaining, updating and reconciling spreadsheets

Supporting finance-related administrative tasks

Extracting, analysing and manipulating data using Excel

Producing reports and summaries for internal stakeholders

General administrative support as required
Essential Skills & Experience

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (ESSENTIAL)

Confident using VLOOKUPs

Experience with Pivot Tables

Excellent IT skills with strong data handling ability

Previous experience in an administrative or data-focused role

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to start immediately
