Job Title: Customer Care Advisor
Location: Manchester
Salary: £16.22ph – weekly pay
Sector: Social Housing Maintenance

Experienced in the use of CAFM systems (preferably Concept)

Experience of providing helpdesk or call centre service, developing productive working relationships with key customers and suppliers. · Proven experience in managing supply chain/contractor performance · Competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Office 4 days a week and WFH on a friday

Pre-Qualifying Questions

  1. What is the difference between planned and reactive work orders?

  2. What fix SLA’s would you expect for jobs between P1 and P4?

  3. Can you describe a time when you overcame an issue with engineers or sub-contractors?

  4. What does Statutory Compliance mean and can you give an example of a compliance standard?

  5. Which CAFM systems have you worked with?
