Call Handler – Temp to Perm (6 Months)
Pay: £16.22 per hour (weekly pay)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: On-site
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Call Handler to join a busy and fast-paced team. This role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful 6-month temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling high volumes of incoming calls in a professional and timely manner

  • Providing clear and accurate information to customers and internal teams

  • Logging and maintaining call details on internal systems

  • Escalating queries where appropriate

  • Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service

  • Meeting call handling targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Previous call handling or customer service experience

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confident using IT systems and learning new processes

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional, positive, and reliable attitude
