About the Role:
We are seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a major social housing window and door replacement programme across Nottingham. Working with a leading Tier 1 maintenance contractor, you will help ensure this multi-year programme is delivered safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations across occupied and void social housing properties
- Support the coordination of trades, subcontractors, materials, and programme schedules
- Carry out daily site inspections to ensure work meets quality and compliance standards
- Maintain high levels of resident communication and customer care
- Ensure all works adhere to health & safety policies, RAMS, and industry regulations
- Support progress reporting, site documentation, and updates to internal teams and the client
- Help manage access arrangements, surveys, snagging, and sign-off processes
Requirements:
- Experience in social housing planned works or maintenance (windows/doors experience desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work with residents in occupied homes professionally and respectfully
- Understanding of site compliance, H&S, and quality standards
- SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Full UK driving licence
