RLO (Resident Liaison Officer) – £19.05 per hour | Temp to Perm
Location: Ely (Cambridge and surrounding areas)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements: Must be a car driver and car owner
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a leading contractor delivering energy retrofit works, including External Wall Insulation (EWI), Air Source Heat Pumps, and potentially PV panel installations.
This is a fully office-based position, working closely with residents and project teams to ensure smooth communication and minimal disruption throughout the works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between residents and the site team
- Arrange and attend resident meetings, surveys, and consultations
- Manage communication regarding project schedules, access, and works updates
- Handle resident concerns and ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an RLO or in a customer-facing role within housing, construction, or property services
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Rate: £19.05 per hour (Temp to Perm opportunity)
