Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Active Fire
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per year + Van + Fuel Card
Location: Chigwell
We’re seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team, specialising in Active Fire Systems. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring quality and safety standards are met on every project.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out quality checks on engineers’ work to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Conducting health and safety inspections on-site.

Supporting the project team with cost control, valuations, and progress monitoring.

Assisting with procurement and managing subcontractor packages.

Producing reports and maintaining accurate project documentation.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor (active fire systems or construction experience desirable).

Strong understanding of quality and health & safety standards.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

A proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Full UK driving licence.
