Testing Electrician – Social Housing
Location: Enfield
£40,000-£42,000 p/a – Van & Fuel Card provided
Regen Solutions are currently looking for experienced Domestic Testing Electricians to carry out electrical maintenance and Testing/EICR reports for one of our large clients across Social Housing properties o behalf of Enfield Council – EN Postcodes only.
The work will be day to day reactive repairs and Testing in occupied properties in EN postcode area.
Our Client: – A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across England.
Qualifications Required;
- 18th edition
- Level 3
- 2391 Testing & Inspection Qualification
The client offers a salary ranging from £40-£42,000 per annum depending on experience, as well as a van, fuel card, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), pension etc.
Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Electrician role.
