My client is looking for a Planned Works Supervisor for a project based in the South West London area.

The Planned Works Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day line management of our mobile operatives and the contractual management of associated sub-contractors.
What you will be doing:
Ensuring that your team adhere to operational controls, systems, policies and procedures
Managing and developing an engaged, motivated and customer focused workforce
Take responsibility for delivering a planned maintenance service
Ensure that your team complete all assigned work, manage holidays, sickness and absences
Essure that material, supplies and the correct tools are available for your team
Take responsibility for ensuring all works delivered are within time constraints and budgets
We’d love to meet someone with:
Good general all round trade and construction knowledge and experience
Relevant supervisory experience in property maintenance or similar service
Ability to inspire, lead and create teams
Experience in the delivery of services using a direct workforce
NVQ Level 3 or higher in a construction trade
Experience of working within tight time restraints, overcoming logistical challenges, and planning

SOCIAL HOUSING ECXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
