Job Title: Roofing Supervisor
Rate: £200 per day
Locations: London
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site teams carrying out commercial roofing, waterproofing, and façade works.
- Experience working with Hot & Cold Liquids, Single Ply Membranes and Reinforced Bituminous Membranes (RBM)
- Other works could include Roof and Terrace Waterproofing Systems and Hard/Soft Landscaping.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with health & safety regulations.

Liaise with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and progress reporting.

Carry out quality inspections and ensure work meets the required standards.

Manage site paperwork including daily logs, risk assessments, and permits.
Requirements:

Gold CSCS Card (Essential)

NVQ Level 3 in Roofing or relevant discipline (Essential)

SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)

First Aid at Work Certification

Fire Marshal Certification
-
Proven experience in roofing, particularly within commercial waterproofing and façade systems

Previous supervisory experience on similar projects

Experience working with Tier 1 maintenance contractors, with a solid understanding of their standards and expectations (Preferred)
