Planned Works Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Planned Works Supervisor to join our in-house maintenance service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can make a difference in the lives of our customers by delivering a high-quality repairs service.
About the Role
The Planned Works Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day line management of our mobile operatives and the contractual management of associated sub-contractors.
- Ensuring that your team adhere to operational controls, systems, policies and procedures
- Managing and developing an engaged, motivated and customer-focused workforce
- Taking responsibility for delivering a planned maintenance service
- Ensuring that your team complete all assigned work, manage holidays, sickness and absences
- Ensuring that material, supplies and the correct tools are available for your team
- Taking responsibility for ensuring all works delivered are within time constraints and budgets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good general all-round trade and construction knowledge and experience
- Relevant supervisory experience in property maintenance or similar service
- Ability to inspire, lead and create teams
- Experience in the delivery of services using a direct workforce
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in a construction trade
- Experience of working within tight time restraints, overcoming logistical challenges, and planning
- Good and relevant Health & Safety knowledge and qualifications
- Full clean driving licence
