Multi Trader – Social Housing
Location: South London
£170 per day – Company Van & Fuel Card Provided
One of our industry leading property maintenance clients are currently looking for Multi-Skilled Operatives, to join their growing team on a self-employed basis, to carry out reactive and planned works across the South London area in a social housing environment, multiple roles available for the following roles:
- Plumber Multis
- Carpenter Multis
- Plasterers
- Multi Trade Operatives
- Painter and Decorators
Day rate of £170 per day, with the company providing the operative with a company van and fuel card.
Day to day duties:
- Carrying out reactive repairs in occupied and void properties
- Responsible for duties to include but not limited to – hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows / doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units, taps, basins, patch plastering, full walls and ceilings.
- Providing high levels of customer care at all times
Role Criteria:
- Experience in Carpentry, plastering, plumbing and/or tiling
- Social housing experience
- A UK full valid driving license
- Clean DBS
