Multi Trader – Social Housing
Location: Canterbury
£160-£175 per day – Own Van
One of our property maintenance clients are currently looking for Multi-Skilled Operatives, to join their growing team on a self-employed basis, to carry out reactive and planned works across the CT postcode area of Kent in a social housing environment.
Day rate of £160-£175 per day dependant on experience, and operatives will need their own Van and tools.
Successful operatives will need experience in 3 of the 4 below skills:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Plastering
- Tiling
Day to day duties:
- Carrying out reactive repairs in occupied and void properties
- Responsible for duties to include but not limited to – hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows / doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units, taps, basins, patch plastering, full walls and ceilings.
- Providing high levels of customer care at all times
Role Criteria:
- Experience in Carpentry, plastering, plumbing and/or tiling
- Social housing experience
- A UK full valid driving license
- Own Van
