A well-established, Tier 1 maintenance contractor with a great reputation for providing excellent services to clients. They are looking for an experienced candidate with extensive knowledge of Dis-repair and experience working within a Major works team. The right candidate will have previously worked as a supervisor roles within Social Housing and a good understanding of managing complaints and a small team of operatives.
Role:
- Supervision of the contract ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively.
- Be able to inspect and highlight and identify problems.
- Dealing with voids, day to day and reactive maintenance work.
- Work with Disrepair and Major Work projects and complaints.
- Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets.
- Have experience dealing with voids and reactive maintenance.
- Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise.
- Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
- Ensure all client’s expectations are achieved.
- Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company procedure.
- Driving from site to site as part of the daily duties
- Be jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe.
- To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required
- Attend inspections where necessary.
- Be computer literate and be able to effectively use Excel.
