Gas Service & Repair Engineer – Social Housing

Regen Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a large heating contractor based with multiple offices across The South East and East of England, who are looking for experienced Gas Service & Repair Engineers to join their growing team, working in Social Housing properties carrying out reactive diagnostic and repair work, and planned servicing across the Birmingham area.
They are looking for engineers with previous repairs experience (3 years minimum) to carry out fault-finding, diagnostic and repair works on domestic gas appliances, as well as annual service visits and system upgrade work. Social housing experience is preferred, and engineers will be expected to carry out call out rota 1 in every 5 weeks – standby rate and price per call.
Salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience, with an OTE of an additional £4,000-£6,000.
Engineers MUST HAVE:
- ACS (inclduing HTR1 & CKR1)
- Right to work in UK
- Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)
- Clean DBS
