Job Title: Electrical Supervisor – NICEIC Qualified
Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire + Mobile across London & surrounding counties
Salary:£48k – £50k plus company van and benefits
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of site supervisors and electrical engineers within the maintenance department, delivering works across social housing and local authority properties.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on compliance, quality, and team development. You’ll oversee electrical works, review and sign off certifications, and support daily operations alongside the Head of Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support engineers and site supervisors
- Oversee electrical works to ensure compliance with regulations and specs
- Sign off electrical certification as the company’s NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
- Conduct inspections, toolbox talks, and performance reviews
- Attend client meetings, produce specs and variations
- Carry out testing, fault-finding, and maintenance where required
What You’ll Need:
- NICEIC Qualified Supervisor registration (essential)
- NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition (2382), and Inspection & Testing (2391-52)
- Strong supervisory experience in the electrical sector
- Solid understanding of regs and certification processes
- Full UK Driving Licence (12+ months)
