Cap & Cove Floor Layer

£20 an hour- £34,000 per annum
The Role:
Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Cap & Cove Floor Layer to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.
This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.
Main duties include; –
- Floor laying
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Install various types of flooring, such as Carpet, Laminate, Safety Vinyl (including cap and cove)
- Prepare surfaces by removing old flooring or repairing any damage.
- Use hand and power tools including welder to lay and secure flooring materials.
- Apply latex and adhesive flooring materials.
- Inspect and repair any imperfections or defects in the flooring.
- Be willing to assist with other building trades as and when required.
Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this role.
