The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and highly organised Bid Coordinator to become a key part of our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll be essential to helping us win new projects, providing end-to-end coordination and ensuring every submission meets the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the bid team with administrative tasks, document preparation, and communication

  • Filtering new opportunities and managing bid portals

  • Completing Standard Questionnaires (SQs) and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)

  • Ensuring all documentation meets compliance requirements and internal standards

  • Coordinating inputs from different departments and maintaining the bid library

  • Proofreading, formatting, and finalising documents ahead of submission deadlines

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a bid or commercial team

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Understanding of bid processes and compliance requirements is a plus
