The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and highly organised Bid Coordinator to become a key part of our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll be essential to helping us win new projects, providing end-to-end coordination and ensuring every submission meets the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the bid team with administrative tasks, document preparation, and communication

Filtering new opportunities and managing bid portals

Completing Standard Questionnaires (SQs) and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)

Ensuring all documentation meets compliance requirements and internal standards

Coordinating inputs from different departments and maintaining the bid library

Proofreading, formatting, and finalising documents ahead of submission deadlines
What We’re Looking For

Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a bid or commercial team

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Understanding of bid processes and compliance requirements is a plus
