SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIRED – DOMESTIC GAS SERVICE & REPAIR ENGINEER

Regen Solutions is looking for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to carry out servicing, repairs and call-outs across social housing properties in the PO postcode area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs.
- Must hold full ACS qualifications, including CKR1.
- Valid Gas Safe registration.
- Experience working in social housing is essential.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across domestic boilers and heating systems.
- Available to carry out reactive repairs and call-outs.
- Must have your own vehicle and tools.
- Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out domestic gas servicing and safety checks.
- Diagnose and repair boiler and heating system faults.
- Carry out gas cooker-related work where required.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests and call-outs.
- Work professionally within occupied social housing properties.
